"I came to coaching with a myriad of expectations and considerations. Peter’s approach helped me to identify blind spots and what to do about them. He employed several techniques including; reflective listening (sometimes between the lines), observing my physical demeanour, encouraging role play or expressing oneself physically and the setting a physical challenge. Having numerous approaches available meant there was always another tool to employ. The result was powerful and at times surprisingly (and disarmingly) so. The coaching was empowering, raised self awareness and identified actions. Peter was professional and competent. The entire experience was positive. "
