One-to-one Coaching

One-to-one Coaching is our standard coaching engagement. We schedule times to speak over the phone and/or face-to-face. And do not need to integrate an learning experience..

Typically, we will agree on an intial 12 sessions - 2 sessions per months for 6 months. At this point, we will review the coaching, the results and our relationship and see if you wish to continue.

Between each session, you will be required to put time aside for practices and actions that we co-design during our coaching. This is where the hard work takes places and where you explore new ways of being.

Needless to say, coaching is a serious commitment - in time, money and energy. For a successful engagement, these are the expectations;

  • that you come to each coaching session having thought through what you want to focus on
  • that you take your practices and actions seriously
  • that you journal your experience in order to bring new awareness to how you see yourself in emotion, language and body.
  • that you think long-term, not short term; making changes requires shifting your way of being that, not only has been in place for many years, but has probably served you well for many years
