Our framework

Our framework is comprised of two elements. A one-to-one coaching engagement with 1-hour sessions every fortnight plus a parallel learning experience - bespoke or open.

We work a lot with mountain experiences but your learning experience might be anything - swimming, triathlons, road biking - as long as the experience is inspiring for you.

The learning experience serves several purposes. It provides a positive environment for change; it breaks you loose from ingrained habits and fast-held beliefs; it actives an intelligence that exists not just in your mind but also in your emotions and body.

The experience becomes a vehicle for exploring how you see things and how you are being. And what might be holding you back.
