Getting results and being of value is an essential part of our practice. It may sound odd, even arrogant, but if we feel our coaching is not working for some reason we reserve the right to fire our coachees.
It is this uncompromising standard that our executives appear to appreciate. Below, you can read what people have taken away from our programmes.
""Peter has given me key tools necessary for me to overcome professional challenges that were holding me back. In addition to improving the way I approached work, it has also helped improve my overall outlook for life. Peter is committed and engaging, always finding ways to make the coaching experience fresh, personal and rewarding. Call him!""
"I came to coaching with a myriad of expectations and considerations. Peter’s approach helped me to identify blind spots and what to do about them. He employed several techniques including; reflective listening (sometimes between the lines), observing my physical demeanour, encouraging role play or expressing oneself physically and the setting a physical challenge. Having numerous approaches available meant there was always another tool to employ. The result was powerful and at times surprisingly (and disarmingly) so. The coaching was empowering, raised self awareness and identified actions. Peter was professional and competent. The entire experience was positive. "
"Peter Baily's coaching is excellent. It's not like anything I've ever experienced before - Peter took me out of my comfort zone in the best possible way and helped me identify and think through some important challenges in a way I had never managed on my own. I'd highly recommend the experience."
"Peter helped prepare me for an important new role in a new sector. I found him challenging, intelligent and fun to work with. He was always thoughtful and I always came away from our conversations with unexpected but valuable new personal insights. I would work with him again in the future and recommend to friends or associates."

"Peter’s coaching has helped me come to realise the power of my own outlook, experience, and feelings in helping me to become a better communicator. It enabled me to find new ways to tap into and use strengths and even vulnerabilities, to feel more focused, confident and comfortable when faced with new challenges."
"Thanks again for the coaching experience. I found it genuinely very helpful and it's left me feeling stronger and more focused. I appreciate that."

"“Peter’s empathetic yet objective role in helping me think through challenging issues was invaluable. I gleaned new insights about how I operate and respond; and was able to move forward in a way I doubt would have been possible without his constructive coaching.”"
"Within a few minutes of our first coaching conversation Peter’s perspicacity became evident; he helped me to identify my actual need versus my perceived, but very vague and poorly articulated, need that I had struggled to describe on my initial coaching introduction form. The need that was subsequently identified was unexpected and illuminating in itself, but absolutely the right one, so very quickly I knew I was dealing with an expert coach. In his customary sensitive and yet humorous way Peter helped me on my first steps to recognizing not only how to get to where I wanted, from where I was, but also why I wanted to get there. While I admit I found the sessions emotionally draining and mentally challenging I also found them enlightening and I found myself nervously anticipating the next coaching session to see what it would reveal."

"I was impressed and greatly helped by the methods and style of coaching used, and found them incredibly useful. I am now working in a completely different way, and I still have the simple and effective tools to refer back to should I need them in the future."
"I found my course of coaching with Peter Baily extremely beneficial. He helped me really get to the core of my problem and his sessions helped me to be truly proactive about getting to grips with it. I was a problem that had hindered the way I functioned in the workplace for years. He helped shine a light on it, so I could see it with real clarity, and he then helped give me the tools - verbal, physical, visual - to tackle it. His sessions where constantly challenging and surprising. He was always a sympathetic listener and I felt I could say anything to him. "

"Peter shows enthusiasm and commitment to achieving a process of change for those he coaches. He has an ability to sensitively interpret discussion and provide well-considered and sensible challenge for effective progress towards a target goal. Peter’s professionalism, persistence and encouragement has been a key factor in my taking control of a daunting challenge and feeling well-equipped to do so!"
"Peter is a guide, a shepherd. He allows you to ramble about the hills of your mind but herds you back in with strategically placed comments and questions. There is a core strength and wisdom about him which uninhibites you and which courts trust. I achieved more with Peter in our sessions that I have done over many years of personal soul searching."

"I thoroughly recommend the coaching sessions by Peter Baily because he has made me more aware of my emotions and body language and the effect these have both on myself and the people I am interacting with. "
