The objective
To enhance team performance through a process of Inform, Educate (draw out through involving workshops) and Inspire to Action. Through our outdoor learning journeys, we can help you address the following issues:

• Building deeper relationships on foundations of trust, appreciation and understanding;
• Energising a team to face a challenge;
• Rallying your team around a new strategy;
• Making tough targets seem possible;
• Integrating new staff fast;
• Mixing fun with a business agenda.

What you will have to do
A team will meet for one full day at a location near London
• Pre-journey - Half day of team coaching around your business imperative;
• Full day of team interaction, workshops and activities in the outdoors;
• Review to transfer learning, initiatives and commitments back to the workplace.
• Optional follow up coaching to embed change
