Making changes is notoriously difficult; old habits die hard.

That is why we brought together three powerful components to help you with change - a challenge for focus and motivation, coaching for support and accountability and physical exercise for positive attitude and embodied learning.
Your aims could be anything. Perhaps you want to get super fit or simply put some exercise back in your life; perhaps you’re looking for support through a difficult transition or wanting to shift some negative habits. No change is too big or too small. The question to ask yourself is “what do I dream might be different from doing this coaching programme”.
