Objective
The 6-week programme is designed to:
• Sustain high performance in the face of stress and corporate fatigue
• Increase energy levels, motivation and positive outlook
• Provide a structure for positive changes and perspective
• Prepare individuals, mentally and physically, for a 3-day challenge
Programme Phases
• Set up
• Bespoke Diagnostic
• Training
• Programme coaching
Set up – involves attending a 1-hour orientation session with the other members of the programme
Bespoke Diagnostic – involves attending a 1-hour fitness analysis at our gym or your company gym and completing two written forms: Reality Check Profile and Weekly Diary
Training – involves following a fitness itinerary for 6 weeks and completing a weekly diary every day.
Programme coaching – involves a coach supporting and encouraging your training and holding you account for the changes that you want to make
