Objective
The 12-week programme is designed to:
• Offer an extraordinary opportunity for personal growth and positive change
• Prepare an individual, mentally and physically, for a dream challenge
• Increase energy levels, motivation and positive outlook
• Challenge perspective, personal beliefs and assumptions

Programme Phases
• Set up
• Bespoke Diagnostic
• Training
• Programme Coaching

Set up – involves attending a 1-hour orientation session with the other members of the programme

Bespoke Diagnostic – involves attending a 1-hour fitness analysis at our gym or your company gym and completing two written forms: Reality Check Profile and Weekly Diary

Training – involves following a fitness itinerary for 12 weeks and completing a weekly diary every day.

Programme coaching – involves a coach supporting and encouraging your training and holding you account for the changes that you want to make
