Set up involves attending a 1-hour orientation session with the other members of the programme
Bespoke Diagnostic involves attending a 1-hour fitness analysis at our gym or your company gym and completing two written forms: Reality Check Profile and Weekly Diary
Training involves following a fitness itinerary for 12 weeks and completing a weekly diary every day.
Programme coaching involves a coach supporting and encouraging your training and holding you account for the changes that you want to make
