Improving personal effectiveness doesn’t happen without effort. First and foremost, it comes through wanting to improve, then by stretching oneself on all levels, applying a sustained effort and monitoring progress at every turn.

Our preparation programmes run over 6 or 12 weeks. Built into and around your schedule, they are structured and entirely bespoke. Together, we take into account your primary objectives, challenge requirements, time scales, availability and current fitness

The preparation aims to deliver the following:
• Awareness of one’s physical, emotional and mental self as tools for leading people
• Confidence and grounded-ness through physical wellbeing
