Learn a ‘new’ way of keeping fit and prepare to take the Vikings on at their own game in Norway and Western Iceland!
The offer - a unique fitness adventure beginning with an intense preparation programme here in London, followed by three days in the Norwegian wilderness to prepare you to meet and the challenge the Icelanders in their very own Fossavatn Ski Marathon on May 2nd, 2009.

The journey begins in Personal Space - the team will put together a phased programme to get you into peak condition for the training, for Norway and then the race.
The programme will include four Rollerski sessions with national instructor, Iain Ballentine. Roller skiing is cross-country skiing without snow and sessions will take place out there in Hyde Park. It offers a great low-impact, full body exercise, with all the benefits of cross-country skiing - the ultimate fitness sport.
The Challenge
Come April we head to Venabu for a Nordic Challenge – three days of intense technical coaching in which we will cover a lot of ground, physically and stretch you mentally and emotionally in an outstanding area. With summits up to 1400m the Venabygdsfjell plateau is one Norway’s best cross-country skiing areas.

While that may well be enough for some, for the committed the real challenge is to take on the Icelanders in the last race of the World Ski Marathon series. The race on Saturday May 2nd can be tackled as 7, 20 or 50km distances.
Come on -let’s go and get our money back!
