Do you spend enough time looking after yourself? Do all your energies go into providing for others and compromising your own needs?

How do you feel about this? Can you keep on giving out and not putting anything back? Everyone and everything depends on you being healthy and happy.

When we talk through challenges and the relevant preparation with people, a common response is “There's not enough time, my family comes first, my job won’t let me go for that long”. For us, this is not sustainable.

Our challenges are about reversing this process and creating programmes that make you the most important thing in your life. Hence a section about you.

To get the most from our programmes, you need to ask yourself a few searching questions.

First and foremost, why do you want a challenge? Why go through months of training, why bother to push yourself, what are you wanting out of this exercise?

Having thought through why you want a challenge, the question is do we have what you are looking for. Are we the right fit for you?

And finally what sort of challenge are you looking for, climbing a summit, doing a wilderness tour, travelling through the mountains on skis. The options are endless. This section aims to help you clarify your thinking in these areas.
